Join Dog-Harmony and the Walton County Coastal Library forΒ Bark for Booksβ€”a tail-waggingly fun way for kids to build confidence by reading aloud to a friendly therapy dog!

Held everyΒ Wednesday from 3:30–4:30 PM,Β September 24 through November 12, this unique literacy program gives children the chance to practice their reading skills in a calm, pressure-free environmentβ€”paired with one of our trained therapy dogs.

Reading to a nonjudgmental, furry friend helps children improve fluency, build self-esteem, and develop a lifelong love of reading.

This program is made possible through the generous support of theΒ St. Joe Community Foundation.
