Generously donated by Coastline Real Estate & Property Management, this one-bedroom unit is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway, staycation, business retreat, or extra space for extended family. Featuring spectacular waterfront view from the 7th floor of the Westwinds building on Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. This beachfront condo is situated directly on the sugar-white sand and emerald waters, with easy access to the beach and pools.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, Gulf views, a closet, a flat-screen TV, a workspace/desk, additional storage, and an attached bathroom. The master bath includes a double vanity sink and a walk-in shower. You will also love the balcony access from the bedroom.

Enjoy the spacious living area & large balcony with outdoor seating and remarkable gulf views. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all-stainless-steel appliances. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsoring Organization

This drawing by chance (the “Raffle”) is conducted and sponsored solely by Dog-Harmony, Inc., located at 107 Surfsong Ln, Unit B2, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Dog-Harmony, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) Registration #CH43808. 

2. Eligibility

The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Raffle. Both methods provide an equal chance of winning; no preference or discrimination will be shown toward any entry method.

Option A: Voluntary Contribution/Donation Method: Entrants may obtain digital tickets online via https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/dog-harmonys-chance-drawing-for-a-two-night-stay-at-westwinds by making a suggested voluntary donation of $25 per entry, or a bundle of 5 entries for a suggested donation of $100.

Option B: Free Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without making a purchase or contribution, individuals must submit a written request on a 3×5 index card that includes their full legal name, a valid email address, a physical mailing address, and a phone number. Requests must be sent via regular U.S. Mail to: Dog-Harmony, Inc., 107 Surfsong Ln, Unit B2, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Only one free ticket entry is permitted per person, per postmarked outer envelope. Free entry requests must be received no later than June 26, 2026, to be included in the drawing.

4. The Prize and Restrictions

The prize consists of a two (2) night stay at 4756 Westwinds, a beachfront condominium located in Miramar Beach, FL.

Source of the Prize: The prize has been generously provided via a 100% in-kind donation by Coastline Real Estate & Property Management. No charitable funds were used to purchase this prize.

Retail Value: The estimated retail value of this prize package is $900.

Blackout Dates & Restrictions: The stay must be booked and completed by December 31, 2027, and is available September through December only. The prize is subject to property availability and excludes the following blackout dates: Labor Day Weekend & New Year’s Eve. A rental agreement and contract must be signed; the stay is subject to the unit owner’s rental agreement and rules. Transportation, meals, taxes, and incidental personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Drawing

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received (both paid and free). The random selection will take place on June 30, 2026, at approximately 10:00 am.

The drawing will be held at 107 Surfsong Ln, Unit B2, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Entrants do not need to be present to win.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 14 business days of the initial notification attempt, or is found to be ineligible, that winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winning entry will be drawn at random from the remaining pool.

7. General Conditions & Tax Liability

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Dog-Harmony, Inc., which are final. The winner is solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes incurred as a result of accepting this prize.
